A great class suitable for adults wishing to revive a childhood passion or to start a new hobby. Keep fit and learn technique and style in this feel good class. Beginners and intermediate classes available on Wednesday evenings.

Jazz

A fun energetic class for adults of all abilities to help keep flexible and toned whilst learning moves to the latest tunes. All abilities welcome.

Dancercise

A fitness class letting you explore different types of dance. For adults wishing to tone up whilst having fun and dancing basic routines. Lessons work on a 6 week rotational basis, starting with Bollywood, moving on to Salsa, Cheer and more. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and dance ability.

Pole Dance Next Courses start Thurs 6th May and Thurs 13th May.

This fantastic class provides a workout helping to develop strength and flexibility whilst learning the beautiful art of pole dancing. During the six week course a routine designed to tone the whole body will be learned which will boost confidence as participants master the technique required to perform this stunning dance style.

Available at beginner and intermediate levels the classes are delivered by school principal Melanie Hadfield who designed the programmes using a combination of dance and fitness qualifications and a 5 year love of pole dance!

Pole fit

A weekly drop in class, after learning basic techinque during the 6 week course, use this class to practice moves, keep up strength and retain tone and definition.
